LO Ink
was established in January 1985 and was originally created to offer high quality
"hard-to-find" items and develop new products for surveyors, engineers, architects
and now contractors. Our first products were the now famous Stamp Pad, and ink
/reactivator kit. Since then we have added many high quality products that you
have needed for your business. As we developed more products, a catalog was
created to illustrate and picture these products as well as show all the new
products offered. The catalog has grown to 48 pages with a circulation of 60,000
catalogs a year to the surveying, engineering, architectural, and contracting
fields.
As of March 8, 1997, we embarked on a very big and exciting project for us.
We had a WEB SITE created for us at www.loink.com. Hopefully it will enable
you to have better information on products and have an easier way to order and
have access to us 24 hours a day. All our products will eventually be available
on the web, as well as the new products so you can get a look at them first.
Our philosophy is still to offer, you the customer, the highest quality products
we can find or produce and offer them to you in the most efficient manner possible
via a catalog. Throughout the year we do rent lists from some of the professional
magazines, so if you do not want to be on our mailing list please let us know.
However remember that we do not rent or sell our own mailing list and we are
still a family run business.
Our name, LO Ink, is a combination of the first letter of our two sons names.
The "L" for Latimer and the "O" for Orlin became LO, and the first product we
offered was an "ink " product. Hence the name LO INK (low on ink). The Specialties
was added later to reflect the numerous products that we were now handling.
