Suunto Compass's and LO Ink Compass Holder
At last a holder for a Suunto compass to help you obtain more accurate readings by keeping the compass steady The holder is made of delrin, a very durable plastic. The SUUNTO compasses (metal cased only) fits into a machined slot on top of the holder. The holder can be hand-held or used on top of a prism pole via a centered 5/8-11 threaded hole, to run lines or do compass and tape work. The holder can fit into wild type tribrachs (CAUTION - most tribrachs and tripods contain ferrous metal which will alter the compass reading. call for further details).The SUUNTO compasses are metal-cased. liquid-filled, and extremely accurate. They come in Quadrants 0-90 which reads to 1 degree estimateable to 1/2 degree. While the 0-360 with reciprocal scale reading to 1/2 degree estimateable to 1/4 degree.
