Tripod Stabilizer
The Tripod Stabilizer can be used with any tripod to hold your automatic level, transit, theodolite, or total station on surfaces that are slippery or smooth, such as asphalt, concrete, ice, tar, interior floors, including display areas. The stabilizer is made of Gar-Dur plastic pads (3"x 2") with sturdy plated chains and ring which are easily adjustable to a variety of lengths. Each pad has three hand-adjustable eyelet points and, by screwing them into ice and asphalt, gives extra holding power. When using the stabilizer, the sinking tripod is a thing of the past!
