Carrigain Maps
1818 Carrigain Map Booklets The States of the Union booklet, Towns of New Hampshire booklet, and Notes & Scenes booklet are taken from the 1818 Carrigain Map. They are a three-volume set of images put together by Gerald H. Miller and his son Tory. These images all in color are taken from a copy of the "Carrigain Map", also known, as the "Carrigain Map of New Hampshire". The Carrigain Map had two printings, in 1816 and in 1818 and was considered to be the best map of the State of New Hampshire and of the United States of America at that time. The art and information shows on an extensive level, all the New England States, with the adjacent British Colonies, the Southern and Western Sections of the Union, with some of the physical features of the Country like roads, rivers, mountains, and other objects worthy of attention. The States of the Union Booklet (item #SUB) contains 35 pages of maps of the northeast ad southern sections plus all the individual states as of 1818. The Towns of New Hampshire Booklet (item TNH) contains 35 pages of Towns of New Hampshire. The Notes & Scenes Booklet (item NSB) contains 42 pages of interesting notes and scenes of the 1818 Carrigain Map. Each booklet is 8 ?x11, spiral bound and printed on a high quality, light card stock. Three Set volume package (item TSV), BUY all three and save $20.00.
