Delorme State Atlas & Gazetteer Series
Each 11" x 15" Atlas charts an entire state, in color, at a large scale (1:150,000 approx. 1"=2.3 miles.), and in up-to-date detail. Special attention is devoted to mapping the back roads, paved, unpaved, and numbered highways. Details also include trails, forests, mountains, and lakes, ponds, rivers and streams. Colors, patterns and symbols indicate a diverse variety of geographic features. Most maps have contour lines showing topographic detail and NOW have GPS GRIDS included. Maps also contain tick marks corresponding to USGS 7 1/2 minutes quadrangles. Each page covers an area of approx. 14-18 quads. Alaska and Texes are $24.95.
